Yvette Dias is a highly experienced Mortgage and protection advisor with over 8 years of experience in mortgages and protection and over 13 years experience in financial industry. She holds CeMAP and CeRER qualification and has a proven track record of helping clients secure their first home and best mortgage deals. She is passionate about providing personalized advice and building long term relationships with clients. As one of the founders of TY mortgage services. Yvette is committed to creating a culture of client focus and ethical practice.

Trevor Dias is a dedicated and empathetic advisor specializing in helping first-time buyers navigate the complexities of purchasing their first home.  With over 5 years of experience in the mortgage industry, he possesses a deep understanding of the challenges faced by first-time buyers, including saving for a deposit, understanding affordability, and navigating the various government schemes available.  Trevor is passionate about making the home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible for his clients, and he takes pride in providing clear, jargon-free advice and building trusting relationships.  Beyond mortgages, Trevor is also qualified to advise on protection products, ensuring clients have the appropriate insurance coverage to safeguard their new home and their financial future.

Aaron Nunes

Mortgage and Protection Advisor

Aaron Nunes recently joined TY Mortgages as a Trainee Mortgage Advisor, bringing with him skills and experience from his previous role as mortgage administrator and a keen interest in the mortgage industry.  He holds CeMAP qualification and currently working towards getting a competent advisor status. Aaron is eager to learn and develop skills in all aspects of mortgage advice, with a particular interest in assisting clients with remortgaging.  His enthusiasm and dedication to providing excellent client service make him a valuable addition to our team.
