Hi I’m Yvette, your friendly local mortgage advisor at TY Mortgages services. I’ve been in the finance industry for the last 10 years which includes working for banks and building societies as well as being an in house mortgage broker within an estate agent which helped me pick up in depth knowledge of the property market to help support my clients.
I’m a specialist in everything residential and deal with all types of mortgages. Customer service and clients home buying journey are the most importing things for me and I pride myself in my work and most important the life long relationship I build with my clients.
I was born in Goa ( India ) and speak 2 other languages Konkani and Hindi and I love spending my free time with my 2 little boys or watching movies and baking for them.

I’m a fully qualified Mortgage and Protection advisor with over 3 years of experience doing mortgages and protection. I deal with all types of mortgages from residential & buy to lets and any specialist cases with adverse credit.
Providing 5 star customer service is on the top of my list as I have over 10 years of experience in customer services. I make sure I look after my clients and that all their mortgage and protection needs are always met.
I speak 2 other languages Konkani and Hindi. I am usually found doing some sort of DIY in the house or in the kitchen trying out new dishes for my 2 boys and my wife as I do have a passion for cooking too.

My jobs entails many things but the most important one is that I will be there with you from the very beginning of your process till the end. I will be updating you throughout the process and will hopefully make it less stressful and hassle free for you.
I was born in Goa and also speak 2 other languages Konkani and Hindi. In my free time you will find me playing drums as I like music a lot and sometimes at the gym or with my friends. My goal for the future is to become a mortgage advisor and I am hoping to get there by 2024
